A big congratulations to Blackrock Club Instructor Paul Manning on winning the recent ITF World Championship in Ottawa Canada. His title of World Champion has been well earned through countless hours squad training & compeition. His prepartion stretches back years as he gradually improved his sparring technique & preformances since winning Bronze at the WKA Kickboxing World Championships back in 2009. A year later he won Bronze at the ITF World Championships in South Korea and Silver at the Open World Championships in the UK. Since then he has won Gold at the Irish International Championships (2010), the ITF British Championships (2010 + 2011), the PUMA World Open (2011) & the Holland Cup (2012).  You can read more about it at http://tkdi.ie/events/wc2012/
